DIJ Properties Announces Acquiring New Community in Irving, Texas

Irving, Texas – DIJ Properties has announced that it has acquired a new community near Irving, Texas, Village of Cross Roads. The hot property is ideally located just quarter of a mile from Highway 183 and a few minutes from I-35E, making it easy to access all the surrounding suburbs. Irving is ranked among the fastest growing U.S. cities, with 5 Fortune 500 businesses.

DIJ Properties plans to offer 4 different property layouts in the newly acquired community. The plans can range between townhome-style units and flats with floor area averaging 892 SF. The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is just few minutes away. The community is located close to major city bus line stop that connects 4 lines between the airport and Rowlett, Pleasant Grove, and Oak Cliff. Besides, all these lines connect downtown Dallas.
